Danielle Osborn Mills joined the California ISO in May of 2023 as Principal, Infrastructure Policy Development. She currently leads the CAISO’s efforts to reform the interconnection process and works to keep infrastructure development on pace with reliability and policy needs. Danielle has over fifteen years of experience on complex energy and environmental challenges in California and the West. Prior to her work with the CAISO, Danielle managed political and regulatory affairs for the west for Pattern Energy Group, and served as the California Director of American Clean Power.
