Joanne Bradley

Joanne Bradley has over 20 years of diverse power industry experience in energy markets and infrastructure development.  Joanne joined LS Power in 2022 as the Transmission Regulatory Policy Manager and leads transmission development policy efforts in the West.  Prior to joining LS Power, Joanne spent many years at the California ISO in various roles including Account Manager where she advocated for various market segments, Queue Management Specialist where she helped shape generator interconnection policy, and Client Representative where she helped participants navigate complex aspects of market participation.  Joanne also spent time at Customized Energy Solutions as Director of Regulatory Affairs where she consulted on a variety of transmission policy topics.  Joanne’s education focus was Business Administration and Strategic Management at California State University, Chico.
