Beth is CEO of the California Community Choice Association (CalCCA). CalCCA supports the state’s community choice aggregators (CCAs) through regulatory and legislative advocacy, technical guidance, and promotion of best practices. She has extensive policy experience working with government agencies, non-profits, and private sector interests on innovative solutions to complex energy, climate, and environmental issues. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University in Canada, and a Master of Science from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
