Matthew Langer is Chief Operating Officer for Clean Power Alliance, California’s fourth largest electricity provider serving 35 communities and approximately one million customers across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.  As Chief Operating Officer, Matthew’s responsibilities include power supply, regulatory affairs, customer programs, strategic accounts, non-energy contracting, rates, and strategy.  He has broad renewable energy and utility experience, including deep expertise in renewable energy project development, contracting, and operations. His experience includes nine years at Southern California Edison where he held roles in energy procurement, corporate strategy, transmission and distribution, and customer service.  Matthew earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and bachelor of science in management from Tulane University.
